Get personalised photo frames for Christmas

November 30, 2009
Posted in Personalised Gifts — Written by Beatrice

When you’re thinking through the Christmas presents that you’ll be getting for each of the members of your family, there’s inevitably one gap; one person for whom you don’t know what to buy.

One idea would be to get them a personalised photo frame. Photo frames are popular Christmas presents, but by having it personalised in some way, you can go a step further and ensure a present that will be warmly received.

Don’t just buy the frame and wrap it though. Make the effort to put a particular photograph in the frame – perhaps a picture that represents a shared memory that you and the recipient have together. If it’s a significant event, then it might be worth having a relevant message engraved into the frame that’s to do with the picture.

You can get personalised photo frames to suit different sized photographs and they can be bought with a gift box as well.

Similar to this, you can also get personalised Christening frames. Silver-plated and provided in a special presentation box, you can have a message of up to 50 characters in length etched into them.

Address labels are not always looked upon as exciting accessories, but with a bit of personalisation, they can become just that.

Address labels have always been essential for businesses across the country. They give off a professional image and they also ensure that letters and parcels are delivered correctly.

As well as standard address labels and roll labels, there are plenty of other types to choose from. You can get your hands on all sorts of designs including fun, practical and professional address labels.

For example, if you want to add a personal touch to your letters and envelopes then you can choose heart shaped labels personalised with your own message. These are great for is you are sending post to close friends and family members.

But for professional needs, you can also choose to have a label featuring your business address as well as a picture to represent your company.

And for the children, there are even different shaped labels. They can use these labels to mark their belongings in a more fun way. Boys can choose a car or snail shaped label for example, or perhaps a girl would prefer a star or heart shaped personalised label.

With Christmas just around the corner there is also the chance to choose address labels with Christmas designs. With all of this choice, it is obvious that address labels can actually be exciting accessories.

You can’t beat the companionship of a dog. They really can be your best friend; there for you no matter what.

But to make their Christmas present extra special, you could opt for a personalised item of clothing for your furry friend. Take for example, a dog tooth check coat. This coat is designed for the ‘dog about town’ and is a very smart item of clothing for your trendy pet. But what would make it even more chic and stylish is if it was personalised with the dog’s name. By having the dog’s name embroidered into the coat, you have a unique and very special gift for your best friend.

So after Christmas, as you are taking your dog on a walk to the shops or taking your children back to school, you will see the stares and attention that your trendy dog attracts. And after all the love your dog has given you, surely that’s exactly what they deserve.

As any dog owner will know, dogs quickly become an important part of the family. They can offer you comfort, fun and love at exactly the right times.

And that is why gifts for dogs have become more popular in recent years. Many dog owners want to find a way to spoil their dogs and give them pleasure as a way of saying thank you for all the love that they provide the family.

Of course, the classic Christmas presents for dogs are tasty treats and squeaky toys. These can provide hours of fun for the dog. But if you want something a little different which is both practical and fun, then a photo pet mat might be just what you are looking for.

These mats can really help during feeding time because they are non-slip and splash proof. Simply place your dog’s food and water bowls on the mat and ensure that any mess made is contained and easily cleaned up.

The best thing about these mats is that you can personalise them with a photograph of your furry friend and you can even add a little text too if you like.

What better way to treat your dog this Christmas than with a personalised photo pet mat?

Iron on name tapes are the perfect back to school accessory

If you have children, you will be well aware how often they return from school with clothing that does not belong to them. After playing P.E, children are always in a rush to get dressed so often pull on the nearest shirt or jumper which is often not their own. So, what can we do to make their clothes instantly recognisable? If you use clothing labels on your children’s clothes they will be instantly identifiable, removing the problems of your children bringing home the wrong clothes and retrieval of lost items.

There are now many different ways you can mark your children’s clothes with names. The traditional method is with sew-on name tapes but you can now use iron-on name tapes, clothing markers and fabric stamps.

Iron-on name tapes are a brilliant way you can make your children’s clothes recognisable. You can buy these tapes pre-printed with your children’s name and then all you have to do is simply iron the tape onto the back of your child’s tie, the inside of their shirt or on the inside neck of their jumper. The tape will not peel or fade and they are really easy to iron on so they can be attached really quickly.

It only just seems like the kids have just gone back to school but with Christmas now only a month away it won’t be long before you have to find more new ways to entertain them.

Personalised books – a pre-Christmas treat

Children love books. They are not only a great way for them to learn to read but also help them interact and socialise. Everyone fondly remembers their parents reading them a book or a nursery rhyme while they dropped off to sleep.

If your children love books, why not add a little extra excitement to the story by adding your child’s name to the storyline and even including their brothers or sisters names to make the adventure more memorable. There are now many books available online that can be custom printed with your child’s name included in the storyline so they can really feel part of the story.

Some personalised books can even include the names of 2-4 friends or relatives and the name of your child’s pet so they can be part of the story. And, with the many different types of books on offer, your child can be part of a dinosaur adventure or even meet Santa Claus.

At Christmas, you will almost certainly have a multitude of gifts and cards to send to relatives, friends and colleagues, so why not make it easier by pre-ordering a set of personalised address labels? You can design your own labels or choose from a selection of existing designs, and can use them for addresses or personal messages.

Personalised labels for your friends and family
These are the perfect way to brighten up gifts and presents, whilst also adding a personal touch that your friends and family will love. Labels are often an afterthought for many people, but by designing and pre-ordering yours in advance, the recipients of your gifts and cards will be touched by the extra effort you’ve made, even if you haven’t actually made any!

You can design your labels yourself or choose from a range of existing festive designs and sizes, and they will be delivered right to your door. You can use them for your recipient’s name and address, or add a cheeky personal message for a close friend or relative.

Personalised labels for businesses
As well as for use on gifts, personalised labels are also very good for small or local businesses. If you are sending a Christmas delivery order or an annual gift to a loyal customer, a personalised label containing your company name and address can add a personal touch to whatever you send, whilst also helping to promote your business. Your customers will appreciate the gesture, whilst also realising how much you value their custom.
